Tickles’ pickles are made from fine, fresh vegetables, a little sea salt and nothing else. Our magic ingredient is lactic acid bacteria. These friendly bacteria are naturally present on vegetables, we encourage their growth by creating an acidic, oxygen-free environment. This process of natural fermentation gives our pickles their distinctive zing.
